Charlotte Kay Rice

Charlotte Kay Rice passed away on December 14, 2025, in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was born on September 1, 1951, to Roland and Frances Newlan.

Charlotte enjoyed going to the racetrack, her dogs, going to Jackpot, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Charlotte is survived by her three children, Kevin, Kimberlie, and Brian. She has nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. One sister, Shirley; four brothers, Larry, Kenneth, Clinton, and Alan; many nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Linda; and her husband Dick.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
