Jimmie “Jim” Mack Fletcher, Jr, 69, of Jerome passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family in Jerome, Idaho on April 9, 2023. Jim was born January 22, 1954 in Ravenna, Ohio to Jimmie Fletcher, Sr. and Irene Fletcher.
Throughout life, Jim was a very adventurous man and was able to explore the United States during his 30 years of driving semi. Jim was also a very avid lover of trains, so during his years of driving semi he was able to see lots of trains. While adventuring through life, Jim met Donna Marie Brown and they got married, settled down together, and were blessed with 3 children: James, Danielle, and Jacob before Donna passed away in 2005. In 2006, Jim fell in love with his beautiful and loving wife, Brenda. When Jim fell in love with and married Brenda he also gained a son, David Pluff. Jim and Brenda were together for 17 wonderful years. Through their 17 wonderful years of marriage, they had many adventures together and were blessed with 8 beautiful grandchildren.
Jim is survived by his wife, Brenda Fletcher of Jerome; daughter, Danielle Fletcher of Klamath Falls; sons, David (Lynette) Pluff of Jerome; and Jacob Fletcher; sisters, Jackie Fletcher of Oklahoma; and Janette Nichols of Florida; brothers, Jess (Crystal) Fletcher; Joe Fletcher; and John Fletcher; and his grandchildren: five grandsons, Clay Fletcher, Caden Fletcher, Allen Fackrell, Michael Palmer, and Waylon Flowers; and three granddaughters, Jasmine Fackrell, Sightheria Smith Andreason, and Amaya Brown.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Fletcher; father, Jimmie Fletcher, Sr.; brother, John Fletcher; son, James Fletcher; and wife, Donna Fletcher.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 14, 2023 at Snake River Canyon National Veterans Cemetery, Buhl, Idaho.
