JEROME • Justin Lee Thomas Czarny, 16, of Jerome, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014, at his home.
He was born Sept. 1, 1998, in Fort Collins, Colo.
He is survived by his mom, Tina Czarny; his dad, Greg Schroeder; his brother, Joseph (Autumn) Czarny; his sister, Jacellynn Czarny; his cousin, Earl Fuller; and many extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 12 noon Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at Farnsworth Mortuary Chapel, 1343 S. Lincoln in Jerome, with Pastor Gene Kissinger officiating.
