Leroy Vincent McAdam

Leroy Vincent McAdam was born on March 13, 1937, in Anoka, Minnesota to Maynard & Georgianna McAdam. He was the eldest of his three siblings, MaryAnn, Bob, and Cyril.

In 1956, he married Gloria Patricia Jude. They had 4 children: James in 1957, Teri in 1959, and the twins, Diana and Donna, in 1961. Soon after the kids were born, they made the move from Minnesota to California. They lived in California for many years, working in Valencia and in the car dealership business. He worked as a service director in the automotive business. He worked very hard and many hours to provide for his family, and that was his number one goal for fun.

In his younger days, he used to love to ride and race motorcycles growing up as a kid, and later into his adulthood. What he really enjoyed was spending time with his family and riding his Harley-Davidson from Jerome, Idaho, back to Minnesota to see his old place

 In 1990, he had a perfect hobby that he picked up: restoring old John Deere tractors. He was very good at it. 

They lived out their lives at 517 W. 13th Ave. in Jerome, Idaho, where they spent their last days as a family together.

Leroy is survived by his children, James McAdam, Teri Kinsey, Diana Luxford, and Donna Thurman; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He’ll surely be missed by all of us and many others.
