Mary Carrell

Mary Louise Carrell, 73 of Jerome, Idaho passed away on February 23, 2018 in Twin Falls, Idaho after a short illness, with her husband by her side. Mary was born April 25, 1944 in Wendell, Idaho to Gerald and Faye Gergens. Mary graduated from Wendell High School in 1962 and graduated from Idaho State University School of Cosmetology in June 1963.

Mary worked at McCleery Beauty Salon for five years after which she opened Mary's Beauty Shop in her home and continued to work until the time of death. Mary married Duane Carrell on May 26, 1963.

Mary is survived by her husband, Duane; son, Doug (Cindy) Carrell of Middleton, Idaho; daughter, Deb (Colt) Erickson of Hailey, Idaho; two grandsons, Pyne and Danner Carrell of Star, Idaho; and for grand-dogs.

Mary was preceded in death by her infant son, David Gerald Carrell; parents, Gerald & Faye Gergens; and brother, Jim Gergens.

Per Mary's request no services will be held. Goodbyes are not forever, goodbyes are not the end they simply mean "I'll miss you" until we meet again.
