Mildred "Millie" Partridge

Twin Falls- Mildred E. "Millie" Partridge, 85 of Twin Falls passed away Monday, November 14, 2016, in Jerome. She was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania on September 21, 1931, to Al and Betty Krug. She grew up with her parents and two siblings in Palm Springs, California.

She met and fell in love with a handsome sailor, James Partridge, and they were married in 1949. Millie passed away just four days shy of their 67th wedding anniversary. Together they had two sons born in Palm Springs, California and then moved to Twin Falls, Idaho in 1955 where their daughter was born. Millie was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on September 25th, 1955. As a family they traveled abroad to Ecuador to serve as volunteers teaching the Bible. Even after they returned home, teaching others about the Bible was always very important to Millie, and she spent many volunteer hours in the ministry even up until she passed away.

Millie is survived by her husband James "Jim" Partridge, her sister Doris Kley, her brother Robert (Nancy) Krug, her sons David (Cheryl) Partridge, and Stephen (Brenda) Partridge, her seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Susan Bennett.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. , Saturday, November 26, 2016 at  the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2628 Whispering Pine Drive in Twin Falls. Arrangements are under the care of Farnsworth Mortuary of Jerome.
