Nadean Whitaker Smith

Nadean Whitaker Smith was born September 18, 1947 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Donald Wilson Whitaker and Velma Hale. She passed away suddenly at home with her granddaughter by her side. She was 77.

Nadean is survived by her children, Karl (Pam) Smith and Dericx (Candi) Smith; grandchildren, Kyra (Bradley) Germann; Kaycie (Cody) Keller; Taylor (Lexi) Smith; Brecx, Regan and Randi Smith; great grandchildren, Cooper and Boone Keller, Brooklyn Germann, and Taygan and Zayden Smith. She is also survived by her sisters Jean Savage, Vineta (Denis) Graybill, as well as her many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David, her parents, her brothers, Donald Whitaker Jr. and Allen Whitaker, and brother-in-law Ralph Savage.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, with a viewing beginning at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 6, 2025 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 50 E 100 S, Jerome. The family will then be traveling to Malad City on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 12:00 pm, where Nadean will be laid to rest with her husband, friends, and family.
