Pamela Jean Dyer was born January 4, 1954, in Sacramento, California, to Jack and Geraldine Blair, along with a loving brother, Stanley Blair. February 1, 2026, Pam passed away at 6:00 pm peacefully in her sleep.
In her younger years, she went to the Berkeley School for the Deaf. Pamela was loved by her family and friends, and she has always been one of those kind souls wanting to help others. Wherever Pam went, she always had lots of friends, though she was a jokester and enjoyed pranking others. She attended the Oregon State School for the Deaf in Salem, Oregon.
Pamela and her family finally settled in Twin Falls, Idaho. Pam continued to help others and she always loved animals. She moved in with her best friend, Carla, in the early 80’s and worked at Tupperware. Pam loved puzzles, drawing, painting, and coloring with gel pens.
In 1985 she married Clint Dyer and they were married for 35 years. She was also a loving mother to her stepson, Dustin Dyer. Pam also loved going to a variety of deaf functions like picnics and nights out.
Pam is survived by her husband, Clint Dyer; stepson, Dustin Dyer; and brother, Stan Blair.
She is loved and will remain in our hearts forever.
