Ruth Helen Fraga, 58, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023, in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was born January 20, 1965, in Salmon, Idaho to Louise E. Harper and James C. Harper. Ruth has four siblings; two brothers, William "Bill", and Peter "Pete", and two sisters, Karen and Kathleen "Katie".

Ruth and Fredy Juan Fraga were married August 9, 2001. Ruth had two children from previous marriages, a daughter, Rebecca Lauren Calvo, and a son, Kyle Lee Ashton.

She loved being with family. Ruth loved the little ones and made special efforts to make or find that unique gift for them. She enjoyed celebrating special occasions and holidays with family and friends, including the pets, and always brought a special energy to the party.

Ruth enjoyed spending time and volunteering at the Senior Citizens Center and was an active Red Hatter member. She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family and friends.
